Bhagwan Shri
His Presence

A silence that speaks

His teachings weave the essence of the Upanishads, the devotion of the Bhakti saints, and the direct pointing of Advaita — offered in the simplest words, so that even a child may recognize the truth.

“Do not seek me outside. I am the very awareness in which this sentence is being read.”

Bhagwan Shri
Tapasya

The inner fire that burns everything but the truth.

Bhakti

Love as the shortest path — the melting of the seeker.

Ahimsa

A life so gentle that even thought becomes non-violent.

Jnana

The Journey

The Journey of Bhagwan Shri

From worldly life to Self-realization.

Birth & Early Life
Chapter 01

Birth & Early Life

जन्म एवं प्रारंभिक जीवन

Bhagwan Shri was born as Shri Raghuvansh Prasad Pandey on 1 April 1937, in Baraon, District Mauganj, Madhya Pradesh, India. From the very first breath of His earthly life, a quiet luminosity accompanied Him — the kind that only those touched by the sacred seem to carry from birth.

Education & Government Service
Chapter 02

Education & Government Service

शिक्षा एवं राजकीय सेवा

He received His primary education in Baraon, and later completed His studies up to Class IX–X at Sunderpurwa in Mauganj. Learning came naturally to Him, though even in those early years an unspoken depth marked His presence.

In due course He entered government service, and during 1963–1964 was posted in Nagpur. Outwardly He walked the ordered path of a young civil servant; inwardly, the seeds of a very different journey had already begun to stir.

Family Life
Chapter 03

Family Life

गृहस्थ जीवन

Bhagwan Shri spent approximately forty years living a worldly life with His family. During this period, various life circumstances gradually awakened within Him a profound longing to seek the Divine and discover the true Self.

The Inner Calling
Chapter 04

The Inner Calling

अंतःआह्वान

Following the passing of His father in 1973–1974, His inner journey toward renunciation deepened. What had lived quietly within Him for years now stepped forward — an unmistakable call to turn away from the outer world and toward the eternal.

आध्यात्मिक अन्वेषण

The years from 1974 to 1978 became a dedicated phase of seeking God and Self-realization. Every hour, every gesture, every silence was quietly re-oriented toward that one longing — to know, directly and without illusion, that which does not die.

Tapasya & Renunciation
Chapter 06

Tapasya & Renunciation

तपस्या एवं संन्यास

In Vaisakh of 1978, He left for Kudha to begin His life of intense spiritual practice — Tapasya in its truest sense. By 1980, He had fully renounced worldly life and embraced total sannyasa. Leaving behind worldly attachments, He journeyed to His sacred place of Tapasya and never looked back.
